Former Special Education teacher, Kaeli Reed, shares a look in to her journey with the chronic pain disorder, CRPS, Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome. Kaeli has used this pain as inspiration to fuel her passion for helping and encouraging others to use the power of their thoughts to influence their healing.
Linda Hartson is a Psychotherapist, Trauma Specialist and Clinical Art Therapist also specializes in EMDR and is a LMFT. She guest lectures at Pepperdine University in the area of understanding and healing simple and complex trauma in addition to teaching about the neurobiology of trauma and effective protocols for healing.
Not only is Linda a wealth of knowledge on the subject of trauma, but has also been the victim of trauma as well. She shares her story of pain and recovery from sexual assault and an abusive childhood, the loss of a spouse and becoming a single mother.
Emily is a loving mother of 2 girls, devoted wife and amazing friend walking through her journey of recovery. She bravely shares her experience of using drugs and alcohol to numb the pain of the past and what brought her to the end of her rope. She explains why she got sober and how different her life is now. The hope and candid experience she shares is a gift to all who listen.
